I placed my order at 6:28 PM for curbside pickup and waited far too long while other cars and even mobile drive-thru orders were served before me. After waiting about 15 minutes, I had to go inside to check on my order and I got my order on 6:53pm. The manager on duty was unprofessional and didn’t respond properly when I asked about my order. The staff also seemed careless in handling orders. I understand it can be busy during rush hours, but every customer’s time and experience should be valued. This visit really broke my trust in the service quality at this location.
