  This is the only McDonald’s that parks me 100% of the time i do mobile order. They also have items missing from my order 50% of the time even when it’s not busy.

  Five incorrect orders in a row! Every time they try to fix it, they get it wrong again. To make matters worse, the staff is incredibly unprofessional and rude.

  Absolutely unacceptable experience at this McDonald’s. I’m a DoorDash driver with over 3 years of experience and an excellent rating, and this was one of the worst pickups I’ve ever dealt with. I waited over 30 minutes in -15°C weather, standing outside in the cold, after buzzing the pickup window multiple times. No one came to help. Every time an employee finally acknowledged me, I was told “5 minutes”—over and over again—for half an hour. No transparency, no urgency, no respect for delivery drivers who are literally standing outside freezing. To make it worse, they insisted I take a photo of the order while they stayed inside, making it almost impossible to take a proper verification photo, while acting as if I was going to walk away with the order—which is insulting, especially given my spotless delivery history. The attitude was dismissive, the service was disorganized, and there was zero accountability. Delivery drivers are part of your business, and treating them like this reflects extremely poorly on this location. I genuinely hope this store fixes its service standards and staff attitude, because this was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

  I've changed my review from one star to five stars :) A while back I was treated poorly at the drive-thru however my recent visit in-store was very pleasant. Kelly helped us and I believe she is one of the managers/supervisors. Kelly is truly an angel and deserves a raise/promotion/bonus. She greeted and served my mom and I with such kindness, love, and happiness. She's very enthusiastic and passionate in what she does. Very strong work ethic and lots of energy. Please send my regards to Kelly, I hope she had a merry Christmas with her family and I wish her a very happy new year! 🎄🎁🎉🫂🩵

  i usually go early in the morning before my classes to grab a single extra large coffee, with three cream and three *sweetener* in it. this order has been made wrong almost every single time, they'd add *sugar* instead (which could be absolutely dangerous for any diabetics who order here!!!), they've forgotten the milk but remembered the sweetener, remembered the cream but forgot the sweetener, and also forgot both the cream and sweetener and handed me an extra large black coffee when the receipt clearly stated I had ordered cream and sweetener to be added. this location is *never* busy at the time I arrive in the morning, so it cant be the "morning rush" making them mess up. I know it's probably a small non-issue to some people, but it could be a huge problem if a diabetic were to order a sugar free drink and ended up with sugar in it! and I also just want to enjoy a coffee before class and not have to ask for it to be remade every week.
