All times the food was either cold or room temperature and the coffee tasted like the paper filter hadn’t been changed (all times the coffee was completely undrinkable). It’s not even cheap anymore. Not going to waste my money going to this location anymore. Disappointing. There is also always someone begging for help right by the window where you pick up the food if you go through drive thru. Just make me feel unsafe, especially with kids in the car.

I asked if I could charge my phone because I was waiting for my friend, and I even bought fries just to sit there — which turned out to be completely tasteless. The staff refused to help me or even let me use a charger. They wouldn’t lend theirs or offer any solution. It’s really upsetting that they couldn’t show basic kindness in an emergency situation. The lack of empathy and customer service here is unacceptable. Definitely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to.
