  One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a Happy Meal with chicken nuggets, and they were undercooked — completely unacceptable, especially for a kids’ meal. I had to return them, which is something I’ve never had to do at any other McDonald’s. To make things worse, the table was filthy, and when I asked for a glass of water, the staff member Diya told me I’d have to pay 20 cents for it — even though I was only asking for a disposable cup that’s normally free. This location has clearly lost all sense of quality and customer care. It’s honestly pathetic that a global brand like McDonald’s can’t serve properly cooked food, keep their tables clean, or show the basic courtesy of giving a customer water. Never coming back here again.

  I ordered a McVeggie but was served a chicken patty in veg box, and unfortunately, I had already taken a bite. As someone who is vegetarian for religious reasons, this was extremely upsetting. When I reported it, Riya from the staff chuckled, which felt disrespectful and insensitive, as if our beliefs or identity didn’t matter. Thankfully, “the Employee of the Month” was polite and handled it more professionally. This kind of mistake is unacceptable. McDonald’s needs to ensure food safety, respect for all communities, and proper staff training!

  I had a wonderful experience at McDonald’s. I tried the veggie burger along with some fries, and everything was absolutely delicious. The burger had a great balance of flavor and texture, while the fries were hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. What impressed me most was the consistency in taste and quality across the items I ordered. The service was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made the visit even more enjoyable. This location really stands out for maintaining high standards and delivering a satisfying meal every time.

  McFlurry mein no mix of chocolate, just vanilla. I asked ‘Where is the chocolate chunk?’ They say ‘Error in machine.’ Machine error everyday? Machine must go to school and learn work properly. Not coming back until sorry is said.” I asked for one McNugget, they bring me five pieces, but chutney missing! How can you have McNugget without sauce, baba? And the McCafe coffee, wah, more like McCarafe of water with milk. Very disappointed, 2 stars.” Aiyo! What is this you call Big Mac, yaar? Bun is too soggy, like rain in monsoon. Beef feels like rubber, I chew 10 times and still no taste. Fries cold, cold like my heart when I saw bill. Next time I go to McDonald’s, I pray Allah they fix this, otherwise I eat aloo paratha at home!”

  Ordered 2 large iced coffees from here and it tasted like yesterday’s coffee. Really really stale. We ended up going to another mcdonald’s in Ajax and had to order another two :(
