  In the past, McDonald’s always served full portions, whether it was fries or fruit drinks. However, this reduced portion issue has been going on for quite some time, and almost everything now comes only half-full. If ingredient costs have increased, then adjusting the prices would be understandable. But reducing the portion size like this can make customers feel as if the staff are cutting down their orders. This location is always very busy, and with such a high volume of customers, the daily revenue is certainly significant. Therefore, customers have every reason to expect the same consistent portion sizes and service quality as before.

  Really bad service. I waited for 10 min for my coffee and had to ask 2 workers if it is ready or not. All workers were talking to each other, even though my coffee was ready they didn’t care to serve.

  Here’s the << Extra Sauce >> Burger When i called them and i told her that there’s no sauce inside my burger even regular sauce she asked for my number i gave her and while i was talking she hang up the phone on me When i called back again and i said are u ok? U just can have a respect toward your customer and have the ability to listen! And she said ok I got ur number next time you’ll get the sauce and i said that i paid for this burger 13$ to get 0 sauce??? With no cabbage? What a poor customer service I’ll never visit again Even 1 star is too much for someone like u to work there 👎🏼 i wonder how they allowed her to work 🤮

  Terrible service we asked for BBQ sauce and this was with a big order with chicken nuggets so what do I eat it with it not give to us plus when we tried to complain on the phone they instantly cut of on the phone usless service

  Today, October 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM, I entered the McDonald's restaurant located on Maccoun and Finsh Road. I waited for the employee until she finished filling more than 12 cups of coffee, tea, and hot drinks. I and others were waiting, and she did not serve us. The orders were increasing, and there were several people behind me, so I went to the place where the customers give their orders. I asked for the manager, and after a while, a woman came and I told her, "We're waiting, and the employee is preparing the orders while we wait." She said, "Yes, I know the manager approved of this procedure because she was the one who asked the employee to fulfill the orders without taking new ones." So I left and swore that I would never enter that restaurant again. They have no respect for elders Age, sick people, and those with chronic illnesses are the elderly who cannot stand for long periods to receive their orders. I hope that McDonald's management will monitor employees and restaurant owners, provide them with more training, and hire more staff. I tried calling the complaints department four times today, but the number doesn't connect to the employee who receives complaints. It disconnects. Thank you
