When I got home, both orders were missing the nuggets entirely—only the sauces were included. I called the store around 6:40 PM. The staff member who answered was rude, claimed she couldn’t hear me, and then hung up. I called back again, but no one answered. Completely unacceptable service. Missing the main items and then refusing to handle the issue properly shows a lack of professionalism. Management needs to address this.
