    Those two staffs are rude. Happening on 2026 Feb 3, 1030pm. The app having issue, we cant make as arrived for pick up, we dont know its ready or not. After we waited a while we can only drop by to see. The staffs just stares at me for a while and say the order was an hour ago. Who cleanly showing a face that who don’t want to do the order. After we back home, the order was missing a chicken nugget and the fries downgraded from medium to small size. What a accident!

    This has to be the slowest McDonalds in existence. I waited 20 minutes for 4 jr chickens when they barely had any orders

    I went in around lunchtime and ordered a Junior Chicken combo with a dipping sauce on the side. The cashier forgot to add the sauce, which happens. When I noticed it was missing, there was a long line at the cashier, so I approached the staff member who was already serving and asked if I could pay for a sauce. As there no also no ketchup in the bag. She didn’t make eye contact and bluntly told me I had to go back to the cashier line so it could be “punched in.” I had already paid and waited for my food, and now I was expected to stand in a long line again just to buy a sauce. That is poor customer service. The lack of basic courtesy and flexibility was disappointing and unnecessary.

    Very bad service, they don’t know what they are doing, if I was looking at how they made my coffee, it was overflowing and on the top of that added milk. Disgusting… 🤮

    Don't eat here lads I order from here time to time but today what the hell is that on my fries blood???!!! It can't be ketchup or any other sause because they usually either in a burger or other item which then wrapped or they have ketchup bags what the hell did I just eat???
