Did a mobile order and noticed mine wasn’t on the screen. Tried to ask about it but kept being told to wait over to the side. Waited a bit and watched a few orders go and someone reach behind the counter and steal cups. Asked about my order again and it was behind the counter the whole time. So I left, when I noticed something was missing I tried to go back and ask about it but was ignored. Would avoid this location

I used to visit this outlet often. Today afternoon, I went to this place and ordered 2 cups of coffee. There were not many people near the cashier and it was not very busy. The staff were talking and playing among themselves. They were also not courteous towards me. They didn't wish or greet me. It was very poor customer service. I expect better service and professional behavior from the staff in the future.

I ordered a Mc Jr. Chicken combo with extreme hot black coffee. I requested for a cup holder as I saw other customers receiving one when they ordered two beverages. I didn't get one despite they seeing me carrying one bag with pillow and the food bag. On the way to the exit, the scorching hot coffee spilled over my hands and had to find a doctor soon because of the blistering later on.
I don't know if it's a communication problem that I should have explained I am careless with handfull of items even when it cautions hot.
