A "kfc without chicken". Lol.
Me and my wife been there to get food at 10.22pm. The store showed closing time was 11pm. The funny thing was the lady at the cashier said that we can order only sandwiches. What the hell is that mean guys "kfc without chicken"... ..can understandable if the time was 10.55pm.
This is why kfc losing business in canada @kfc.ca. #kfcgobal.

I visited last night, and I want to express my sincere gratitude for the kindness I received.
They gave me so much good food, and their generosity meant more than I can properly put into words. This isn’t the first time they’ve treated me with compassion when I couldn’t afford much. In moments where things were difficult, their kindness made sure I didn’t go hungry and helped carry me through the days that followed.
It’s rare to experience that level of humanity from a business. It reminded me that there are still good people out there who care about others, not just profits.
Thank you sincerely for your kindness. I will always remember it, and I will continue to support you whenever I can.

I have no idea how this store has so low rating. My experience with this store is much better and opposite to the low rating. The front staff "Mimi" is very courteous and helpful and a real asset to the owner of this store. It would be unfair if do no praise about the staff in the kitchen. The lady who was making the food was very quick. I got super quality of well cooked and fresh food. Everyone knows KFC tastes better when it is hot and the food I got was the right temperature. Last thing, I would say here is just a week before I was passing by this store with my wife and we planned to stop by and eat our dinner. I live in Markham around 20 km away from this store, but just two days before when I wanted to eat KFC, I went again from my residence to eat at this store. Wonderful experience guys, keep doing good work.......

I'm so over with this KFC. Why do I still come here? I have one that's the best in a shopping mall right next to my apartment. But I travel here for no reason at all just to eat at a KFC where the chicken is almost in one piece. I ordered a 10 piece! Not one giant piece of chicken that's like.. 7 merged into one. I didn't pay like 40 dollars just to get one giant piece of chicken which is so unessecary... This place needs to get it together and give me what I actually ask for. You should probably just go to the one in the mall across the street.
