  Do yourself a favour and stay away from this location! They are way too slow to serve clients. I ordered on the app and showed up 20 minutes later, only to be told to wait 5 minutes more? What is the point of ordering ahead of time if you haven’t even started my order? Mind you, it was not busy at all, they had 1 customer in the store. That same customer walked in at the same time as me, ordered their meal, and got it before me! Please educate your staff on how to prioritize a first come first serve basis. It’s the most basic thing when it comes to a fast food restaurant. Now for the food, another huge disappointment. For the simplest order, they mess up. I ask for extra mayo, I get less than normal mayo. I work right next door and I’ve given this location too many chances and they mess it up everytime. Also, there is no seating area whatsoever — which is normal for KFC but thought worth the mention. But know you’ll be standing for over 15 mins waiting for your chicken sandwich. Order from literally anywhere else and thank me later!

  I had an amazing experience at KFC thanks to Abiya! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude, patience, and professionalism stood out immediately. She took the time to make sure my order was correct and even offered helpful suggestions. It’s rare to see someone provide customer service with such genuine care and enthusiasm. Abiya handled everything quickly and efficiently while still making the interaction personal and friendly. She truly represents the best of what KFC stands for. Thank you, Abiya, for going above and beyond — you made my day better!

  Today was a great experience at this location. Great customer service, I was taken cared of right away. I expressed some concerns about the past and they handled it for me. Great experience once again, I will continue to support this location. Thank you that.

  I tried the new KFC Chilli Crunch Wrap and it’s so good! 🔥 The chicken is crispy and juicy, and the chilli crunch adds the perfect spicy kick with extra texture. It’s flavourful, satisfying, and not too heavy. Definitely worth trying while the promo is on! 🌯✨

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Super Bowl Buy One Get One Free bucket online last Saturday and paid in full. The store later called saying they were out of stock and asked me to cancel. Because I previously never received a promised refund from this location, I did not agree to cancel. They told me I could pick up the order anytime this week. When I went to pick it up tonight, I was told the chicken was freshly cooked. However, once home, it was obvious the wings were dry, over-battered, and tasted like old chicken that had been re-fried. Between the stock issue, past refund problems, and poor food quality, this location has lost my trust.
