Be a decent human being, be respectful to customers; if you're making money, you have to be respectful in this life. This happens when you order through KFC's app. Moreover I found that the app keeps saying 'it is preparing ' while it is already done and waiting for pick up. The dashboard doesn't show your order status. So basically you will not get any update whether your order is really ready for pickup!
