Employees avoided eye contact and continued talking among themselves instead of acknowledging anyone. When someone finally responded, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience. What’s especially disappointing is that this location is near my home and would have been very convenient. However, after this experience, I will not be coming back. Management needs to seriously address staff behavior and customer service.
