My experience at this store was terrible. I ordered online and had them deliver my wings to my house. When I went to pick them up, the store front staff informed me that they didn’t have wings. They could have either declined the order or apologized, but instead, they smiled and told me that they had sold out. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and I definitely won’t be buying from them again. I suspect that the store’s lack of concern for customers is due to some kind of corruption.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a KFC. The staff were rude and completely ignored customers waiting at the counter. Employees avoided eye contact and continued talking among themselves instead of acknowledging anyone.
When someone finally responded, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. No apology, no courtesy, nothing. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience.
What’s especially disappointing is that this location is near my home and would have been very convenient. However, after this experience, I will not be coming back. Management needs to seriously address staff behavior and customer service.
