  I had one of the worst experiences ever at this KFC. My wife went in to drop off her resume while I was waiting for our food, which was already taking too long. The employee at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. She dismissed my wife immediately, saying they weren’t hiring, and refused to even take the resume. When my wife asked to speak with a manager, she was told there was no manager available but just a few minutes later, a manager came out. Considering her size she really loves working there but this is not right. You can’t be doing that. This kind of disrespect and dishonesty is completely unacceptable. My wife was polite and just looking for an opportunity, and instead she got attitude and lies. The staff clearly lack basic customer service and respect. We’ll never come back here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

  Horrible packaging and food. Asked for a large popcorn chicken bucket and I received a small box. Chicken was extremely dry and tasted like bread. No other KFC I've been to has done this. Waste of my money.

  Horrible service. Particularly the short, older Indian woman wearing glasses they have usually working at the front cash has zero customer service ability and should've been fired long ago. Took forever to come and tend to taking my order and had the nerve to ask me if I'm ready to order after having me wait so long. FOH. Then they give cold, stale, tough, nasty fries that have been sitting around for how long while proceeding to make the sandwich in my order. This is a clear management problem. Garbage attitude. Garbage service. Garbage food. Not going to be coming back here with that kind of staff. Not worth the trouble. Rather go to the location just a block west on Bellamy Rd.

  The service is horrible The lady is very slow and seems to not understand orders or any adjustments. I think she needs to be let go, she can rest at home and provide a younger student/adolescent to help out this location with speed and with a positive attitude. Refused to put cheese sauce on my soft taco when i was willing to pay extra but asking her to put it in a separate container would seem to work. Make it make sense.. instead of wasting plastic!!!! Also a cup of water would cost me $1.50 Seems like too much for tap water.
