I later called them again and they tried to have me give them my card information over the phone to cancel the order. Obviously I refused this for security reasons, so they started yelling at me over the phone and hung up.

If you want to eat in they do have tables where you can seat up to 4 people but the place is pretty small and pretty messy at times. I recommend you just pick up your order and go. If you don't want to wait for your order, just order ahead with the app like I do. Like said, I haven't had any problems doing things this way. Service is good, no problems. Food quality-wise, also good. Sometimes the chicken is too salty. They're located in a plaza with plenty of free parking.
