  Took 40 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Staffs said it was because everyone was ordering the same item lol !!. It was clearly understaffed. One kitchen serving 2 brands. Very poor management and slow service I even registered a complaint, but there's been no response. Really disappointing experience. This location needs to be shut down.

  Worst experience . Salt is higher than kfc masala. I havent seen this much salt in the sea. Please make it edible for humans next time . Its a humble request .

  I ordered something online on June 27 at around 8:30 to 9:00pm and went to the restaurant to pick up the order. But to my surprise, the restaurant was closed. It clearly says the location is open until 2am even in their own door. I had hungry kids to whom I promised to give kfc chicken. I had to quickly to go somewhere else to buy food for them.. next day I called the location, No one picked. Called the customer care and asked to refund the money that I paid online. They tried calling this location and said they will take a complaint. Nothing happened. I tried calling multiple times, I got them on call just once, they said they will check and call me back.. but again no response. Next time I ordered and picked up at the location. Informed the manager about the previous incident. She said she will call me back with details after one hour. I didn't get a call. I tried calling back, no response as usual. I cannot keep chasing them.. just wanna console myself that I gave my money for free for some KFC charity.
