The restaurant had a nice vibe with comfortable seating and a clean, well-kept dining area. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. From the moment I walked in, they made sure I was taken care of. Service was quick, and everyone I interacted with was polite, helpful, and professional. Overall, Kelseys delivered a great dining experience with excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

However, Some food items did not meet the expectations: Thai lettuce warp had a funny tasting sauce( more source than spicy) : goat cheese and beet salad with chicken was too saggy and the chicken was burnt , for spinach dip , the dip was already cold when served ! The burgers, wings and ribs were of better quality ! So if you ate visiting , stick to basic food and don’t try to explore

Got it with chicken and it came with about 4 pieces. Despite the energy from the game, the service was kinda mid, and the staff was slightly unfriendly. Brought down the vibes. TVs are placed weird. So many fruit flies circling my flat beer. The chocolate lava cake was decent, probably because it didn’t require the cook to do anything but microwave it. Back of house needs to get canned and replaced. Never going back. $200 bill for 3 people, not worth it.

The manager on duty (her name was Shelby) was amazing — she was jumping in to help with tables and making sure everyone was taken care of. Our bartender, Charlotte, was also incredible even with how packed the place was. Great service and great vibes overall — will definitely be back!
