    My friend and I went there last night. It was such a horrible experience. We were seated,not offered drinks. The waitress then sees us talking so she turns back to walk away, she doesnt come back until 20 minutes later. We order everything we wanted at the time. We got our drinks 15 minutes later, then we got our appetizers my friends ceaser salad was so dry she wanted to ask the waitress for more dressing she never came back. Finally she comes back with our food that looks like its been over cooked and not my fries and gravy so I had to ask for that. I also asked for water that never showed up.we never got refills. I complained to management and all I got was the spinach dip taking off my bill which is bull because if I would of done an email I would of gotten that for free worse experience ever

    My ribs were a bit dry as they skimped on the sauce, otherwise my meal was excellent, though given the choice, I would have preferred carrots over broccoli. What do restaurants have against carrots?

    Absolutely terrible experience. Flatbread was soggy, tomatos were spoiled (in salad and quesadilla and on flat bread) , salad was rotting and the fish and chips were horrible. We could not eat this and actually went back out to get food we could eat after spending $80+ at Kelsey's. My order was a pick up order and they actually suggested we tip the kitchen staff. Very thankful we did not. What a waste of money. I will never again visit Kelsey's. Yuk.

    KELSEY WAS THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD. She was so honest down to earth and honestly all around best. She is very thoughtful as well. If you thinking about having Kelsey’s go for Kelsey (😊😊). Kelsey working at Kelsey’s means she meant to just be a manager or even and owner at this location. Best service ever. If Kelsey is working I will be in because like I said best service ever!!!!! Thank you Kelsey

    Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and instantly made us feel comfortable. She went out of her way to help us get a new table and was incredibly patient the entire time. On top of being attentive and professional, she was also funny and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. Outstanding service thank you, Kelsey!
