But it isn't actually just friendly. Everyone seems happy. Kind to clients, but they actually seem to enjoy their jobs and this makes the experience so unique. And this is not a one time deal. For years they have cultivated an environment where it is clear they all like each other and I must assume that this is a top down thing. The managment must hire well and make their employees feel apreciated. I certainly appreciate them.
