They tell me I was charged for a classic so I drive up and I paid extra for the chicken and I get really hard chicken. Like come on guys where has the quality and standard gone? I shouldn't have been charged extra when you guys messed up my order, but then I pay the extra and get hard chewy chicken? Wasted my money and time here. Definitely triple check your orders before wasting time here.

I ordered a large buffalo chicken poutine, and it was given to me in a tied-up plastic bag instead of the usual Harvey’s paper bag, which was very strange. The chicken tasted burnt and the whole bag had a weird smell to it. I ended up with a stomach ache afterward. This was by far the weirdest and most unprofessional experience I’ve had at this location. I would really like someone from Harvey’s to respond to this so I can file a claim or inquiry, because I feel like my money was wasted and I actually got sick from the food. This is not okay at all, and I hope this issue is taken seriously.
