  I visited this location with my mother. After a day of shopping, we ended up here. It had been a long while since I visited so wasn’t sure what to expect. The site looked tired and in need of renovations. Very very dated and appeared unclean. Every table was dirty and no staff seemed available to assist. I ended up having to wet some paper towels my mother had in her purse. When i went to wash my hands at the washroom, I met a tiny sink in a corner immediately as you open the door. This area again was not tidy. Absolutely no paper towels to dry hands. I did see a blower I think, however I didn’t want to go further in just by how it looked. We then ordered our food. My mother said her fries and sandwich was ok. The pie as well. She did however only eat half of the fries. My combo was their classic double whopper. It tasted as if it was soaking in water or left to defrost moist before cooking. Not sure, but it wasn’t good. Ended up throwing out along with the cheese burger i ordered extra. The poutine was overly salty. Would not recommend, especially to anyone watching their sodium intake. The pie was ok, however it’s not something I would eat again from there. The only thing we liked was the option to refill fountain drinks as many times as you like. That’s really all. The manager was cordial; not exceptional. If there’s nowhere else to go and you need a bite to eat, maybe try walking over to the mall to see what’s in their food court. Can’t recommend here based on this experience.

  I come to the burger king to grab breakfast as the hours say 7am, there's a staff inside with a customer, I pull on the door and its locked. She comes out and tells me she's waiting for her staff and shes the only one. She mentioned shes by yourself, i asked why are you servicing someone now, she mentioned its only coffee. I came back to ask when shes expected to be open as she has people dining in, another person came and told them can order online and wait. This is unacceptable behavior

  Purchased an original chicken meal for my mom. She really enjoyed it. The manager was very nice. It was busy and took some time to get my order but it was expected as there was only a few employees. The manager was managing the orders and filling the bags. The restaurant was clean.

  I have ask my parents to get me a number 1 combo and when I check my fries they were all over the bag and barely fries in it was a small portion that I was given and it was cold

  I came in and the staff was literally sitting on their phone texting and laughing. I waited about 5 mins and looked directly at the employee. I asked if they would be serving me, and they said fine. So I just left. McDonald's it is. Whoever is working your cash should be replaced by someone interested in working and care about the brand of your restaurant. This is why people from outside are taking the jobs of locals. Lazy and entitled.
