  I used to eat there long time ago, but I visited last Saturday, what a mess! The washrooms stinky, the tables super dirty, spills on the floor. I won't come back anymore. Only 1 lady , the cashier in charge of everything

  Food is ok. So understaffed. Customers having to wait too long. Poor overworked cashier/server. Constantly having to apologize. Please add more staff. Onion rings/fries combo is a great idea though

  I ordered a tpl whopper Combo to take out and I got a double whopper, very unprofessional by the cook to don’t follow simple instructions, if they didn’t have any more beef patty they should let the costumer know and give him the proper refund. I lost money and I got the wrong ordered. Burger King should take actions and give the proper training to associates to read a simple order and avoid this to keep happing and loose more costumer. No one will like to come back if they don’t get what they paid for.

  this location is absolutely disgusting, especially at night. the staff are foreign, completely lost, and barely speak english. the staff let drug addicts loiter in the dining area and bathrooms and never kick them out. they let people stay in the dining area without purchasing food. they allow kids to play with the pop machine and make a mess. the place is an absolute dump. i came here last night and there was a drug addict walking around and nodding out, he came over my table so i told him to get lost & he wanted to start a fight with us saying he would knock us out. we asked the man working at the counter to remove him and call the police as he was loitering and threatened us and he didn’t. how pathetic. side notes: the pop machine area is always filthy and covered with melted ice, napkins & spilled pop. the tables are always filthy; i watched one of the male workers remove garbage from a table and just leave it covered in crumbs. i watched a female worker change the garbages at the pop area and totally ignore the spilled pop EVERYWHERE. i filed a complaint with corporate and public health because ive been going to this location for years and ive never seen it in such a poorly run state as i have in the last 2-3 years. the franchise owner should be fined for hiring such abysmal staff with zero training, zero english, and allowing the restaurant to run in such a disgustingly dirty, health code violating state. do better.
