    No wonder the ratings are down on this one. Lack of effective resource management. Cold food. Definitely does not live up to B.K's reputation. Do not order from this location. Fast food's supposed to be fast. They act like it's a gourmet meal with ingredients sourced from a garden or sth. Pathetic excuse of a location

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been here 3 times and every single time the food takes absurdly long (take out). I waited 20 minutes for a DRINK. A cup that I fill myself. Only reason I received it after 20 minutes was because we had to ask him. A single cup took 20 minutes. Always understaffed and takes forEVER to complete orders. Do not waste your time at this location.
