I had trouble understanding the name she said for the order, so I politely asked her to repeat it a couple of times. Instead of helping, she got very disrespectful, used words like “dumb,” and even threatened to report me on my Uber account. As a delivery driver, I always try to stay professional, but I’ve never been treated like that before. Really disappointed with the way I was spoken to.
