The manager (Indian guy with glasses who works for drive thru he mentioned his name is Harsh) is the rudest, unexperienced person I have ever seen in my life. So disappointed with such a big company like Burger King who hires these people and let them ruin customer’s experiences. I was using my crown rewards and the guy forced me to pay for a meal which should have been completely free from the rewards I had in the app. At least put someone take orders which they understand what they’re doing not just a random guy who doesn’t know anything and doesn’t even know how to do his job.

I went home..my onion rings did not even make it up to the burger letters.. and they had to be sitting under the heat lamp for a hour or more...it was the Manger that did this..I seen this from the drive through window...I took it back. The young man that seen it was very surprised.. if the manager serves this to the customers.. she needs to be fired...she had the dark rim glasses on in the blue fleece..

I alerted employees, who told me that they were aware of the situation but there was nothing they could do about it. Now over the past month, I’ve noticed that a woman has moved all of her belongings into the dining area and is essentially using this Burger King location as her home. No matter what time of day you visit, this same woman is always there, occupying multiple booths with her belongings, eating outside food, or just walking around. Avoid this location unless you plan to use the drive-through or get take-out.
