Somehow, I managed to place an order, but when I picked it up, the lady at this location had only added vegetables, beans, and chicken—then handed me the box and said that’s all my order included. Seriously, what were they expecting? That a customer came in just to buy a scoop of black beans, chicken, and fajita veggies? When I asked her to redo the order because everything else was missing, she refused and showed terrible customer service (lady at the counter). Completely disappointing experience.
