  The Double Bacon Carbonara wasn't hot, bacon was burnt and there was almost no sauce on the bowl - just bland spaghetti. We have eaten there many times and the food has greatly deteriorated recently so we will not return.

  I ordered Uber Eats for my family and ordered a Family for Two meal deal. Once I got my meal, I noticed there is no chicken at the Fettuccine Alfredo (which usually should be some chicken at least!) Also, the lasagna I ordered with it had a lot of sauce in it and not that delicious cheesy lasagna taste at all. This restaurant can do a little better in terms of the meal they prep especially if it’s worth a lot of money!

  Food was good, very disappointed with the service we received! Our server Dimitri was not great, we had a larger group but the restaurant was almost empty. Our group got a lot of soup and salads but he got tired of serving us so he went to the other side of the restaurant and hid while talking with another server (we went to the bathroom and saw it multiple times and had to ask him for drink refills along the way) Thankfully this other server Tonya near our section helped us multiple times! At the end of our meal we sat waiting for our dessert/ drink refills for more than 30mins.

  This is my son’s fave restaurant and his birthday is coming up. We’ve been here a few times the past year and we have no complains on the food. Our main complaint is that this restaurant does not answer their phones to take reservations. And when you try the online reservations, it says our party (10) is too big for online reservations. Everytime we go there, we do walk in because they don’t answer their phone.

  We went for my friends birthday, the lady hosting was extremely unfriendly and didn't seem to care at all . When we went add our names she barely spoke , no smile , had no idea the rough wait time, people didn't no where to stand because it was so unorganized. We finally get a table, 20 min to have our drink order taken , server just kept passing us and looking at us and talking to each other but not actually serving. THEN she bring a pitcher of fruit sangria with no fruit and offers to put limes in it which is very strange. As a previous bartendender that is a no no. It looked like sprite and it's supposed to come dark purple with fruit. We returned it , it was THAT BAD. Food was below standard which we aren't expecting great food here but at least not whole chunks of lettuce you can't eat, half frozen meatballs . 1 hour to get out bill that we asked for 3 times. Then they didn't even offer to get us the Wednesday to go special we had to ask for that multiple times too. Bill came to 75 dollars for litterly the worst experience ever. No clue who is running this place but it is an actual disaster.
