  Made my order incorrectly and then I called back same day to complain. Manager is not in and told me to come in..so I did on the day I could only for someone tell me they have to check camera or whatever and then they will call me back! Are you crazy! Thats not customer service 😕 if your staff wanted more information you could've easily asked me that over the phone but instead you ask me come in only for.me to come.back again for what?

  I always go to this Dairy Queen, first time in many years Such a bad service, I came to get ice cream and I had money for an ice cream, my card kept getting declined. The machine needed to be restarted but I think the manager or employee just stood there and told me it kept declining. NEVER go here because they are not helpful at all.

  I understand that this kind of free cone event made the frontline staff very stressful but it shouldn’t be the reason for poor customer service or even aggression against customers. My friends and I were waiting in the line and a middle-aged make employee (or owner?) just locked the door without any explanation. People in front of us were asking what happened and he didn’t explain to them at all. When it was our turn, he tried to lock the door again so my friends asked if they were closing. He said nothing, pushed one of my friends out of the door and almost hit another friend’s leg. We in the end got the cone as the store was not closed, despite the fact that they posted the sign saying that it was closed at 10:30 pm without any explanation to the customers waiting in the line. This was very confusing and unacceptable. Communication would’ve helped avoid frustration and confusion among customers, and the lack thereof was really unacceptable, as were the employee’s behaviour and attitude.

  It says it’s open until 11:15, but during offer times it closes at 10:30, which is confusing. I’ve also seen very long queues. At the very least, the manager should treat customers properly. Please train your staff to behave better during busy times, especially during offers, or don’t promote these offers at all.

  During the free cone day, the owner, or whoever he was, placed a make-shift sign at 10:35pm that said it closed at 10:30pm. However their regular hours says the store should close at 11:00pm. Then he started pushing anyone coming in. He was disrespectful and didn't communicate to anyone who have been standing in line for the past 30-45 minutes. Really terrible service.
