    Mistakes happen, but owning up to them is super important in any service industry. I had a really bad experience with Chipotle, and they asked me to come back. I actually had another one, and I get it's fast food, but you still expect some basic human decency. The reason why I didn't escalate the situation is because of only the Manager, Alejandra Pereira. She's your only employee who cares about the customer. To the owner, you should pay Alejandra more than you do now for the mistakes and treatment done by other employees. She takes accountability and makes the customer happy. The only reason I would reconsider eating here again is because of her.
