  How dumb. I've came to this location for over a decade now and this is the worst experience I've got. There is only 1 person working here and it took 30 minutes to get my order. I get that there was only 1 person working and the day I went to this location, it was a holiday but that's no excuse for such an unacceptable wait time. Also the floor is very sticky, probably from juice spills. And when the worker said my name to pick up the food, I thought it was mine, so I opened the bag on the counter to make sure I got everything but the order was completly wrong, it was actually someone else with the same name as me, so everyone in the store started laughing at my face which made me really embarrassed, I am a very awkward and kind of shy person. And thats when I found out my order at the kiosk did not go through. So I told the guy and I paid at the register. And when I finally got my food another 15 minutes later (which totals to 30 minutes waiting in the store), my food was horrible. Fries are burnt and mozzerella sticks were not in good shape at all. Please avoid this place for now.

  Understaffed, line was extremely long for 2 ppl working the lunch rush. Food was being handed out to the wrong ppl causing the wait time to be even longer. Staff was extremely overwhelmed and caused stress for both parties. Not a pleasant experience.

  Went there around lunch time 12.30 and it was super busy, but great experience! The restaurant was clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. The two ladies at the front were very friendly and gave excellent customer service,they handled everything so smoothly

  I intend to provide a candid assessment of this establishment, as I was quite dissatisfied with the individual who prepared my order. While the counter staff were exceptionally courteous, the person working the grill appears to require further training in attention to detail. I was surprised to encounter such a lack of precision in their work. A straightforward request became a considerable effort to fulfill correctly. I had specifically asked for no onions and no pickles on my Whopper meal, and this request was overlooked twice. On the third attempt, instead of rectifying the error, pickles were added to the burger. It became necessary for me to raise my voice to ensure my order was finally prepared as requested. On the fourth attempt, it was at last correct. I would strongly advise anyone visiting this location to meticulously inspect their orders and burgers before departing, as this particular establishment seems to struggle with accuracy in order fulfillment.
