  I read this reddit thread the other day about how Burger King is elite fast food but the franchise owners are the one's that are killing the brand. This visit was the exact experience and definition of that. Every table was dirty, the kitchen was a mess, and the most disappointing part was the "flame grilled" burger was so pale and grey it looked like it was boiled. No flavor. Where is the care and quality control? $7 for one of the worst Wednesday's Whopper special I've ever had.

  I visited Burger King and ordered a spicy sandwich meal (Order #17). I ended up waiting around 17 minutes, while at least 6 customers who ordered after me received their food first. I was standing there the entire time, and no one bothered to check or update me about my order. Only after I asked did they even look into it. The customer service was very disappointing. People have work and responsibilities, and waiting this long without any communication is not acceptable. Please improve your service and order management.

  The manager rlene is so rude and disrespectful towards her employees and customers. horrible customer service and food cant believe the terrible business that is being run here smfh

  Been there for last two days . Got served with nothing . Whatever we order is not in stock . Yesterday we ordered Oreo shake and strawberry shake we got told system is down and they cannot take any order for 1 hour . Today we ordered 2 veggie sandwiches we got told that machines are not working we are doing closing tasks It’s gonna take around 1 more hour to do so. I dont understand if the store says we are open 24 hours then why they cannot serve us food. In addition they take our order at the drive thru speaker but when we come to the window they say that system is under maintenance or machines are not operating.

  Extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this location. I was given incorrect change, including torn and damaged bills that should not have been handed to a customer. This raises serious concerns about the store’s cash handling practices. Customers paying with cash should be very cautious and carefully check all bills and coins before leaving the counter.
