Shortly after, someone called to inform me that they had to close the store for some reason, but a refund would be issued in 3 to 5 business days. I have not received anything since. I’ve called the store manager several times, and each time I’m told the refund will take 3–5 business days, but nothing has been processed. This is extremely frustrating and feels misleading.
