  I ordered to go. Didn't check to see if it was the right order. Get to hotel and they messed up all except the churros which turns out are 1 dollar per churro and they are the size of my pinky finger. Tried to call to speak to the manager to rectify, no one answered. Instead got hung up on, twice! Wasn't busy either at the time when I was ordering.

  Went inside the store to do our order this evening. There were a couple of people waiting and was talking about how cold it was in the store. I asked the staff working and they said the heat wasn't working. It was warmer outside in the -12 c than it was in the store. Felt sorry for the staff working as they were wearing layers of clothes plus their winter jackets hats and mitts. If I was these staff members I would have walked out the second I found out there was no heat inside the building. The store should be closed until the heat issue was resolved.

  The last three times I went there my order was wrong. 1st time I asked for hot sauce she said they were in the bag and when I got home there was none. The 2nd visit I order 10 hard tacos and made sure she put the sauce in and when I got home they were soft tacos. Last night I went in and ordered my normal order of chalupa supreme crunch wrap and 10 hard tacos. Before I left I said are you sure they are hard tacos and sauce for them in the bag and she said yes. When I got home there were only 5 tacos in the bag. We like Taco Bell tacos but were very disappointed with the with the communication with the staff. I hate to open the bag to dig through it because the order gets cold faster but I guess that is the solution. FYI. The staff is pleasant just order issues.
