They also forgot to include forks, spoons, and napkins. I paid around $90 for this order, which was not worth it at all. I work in the food industry myself, and I’ve never seen service or quality like this. Definitely not recommended and I won’t be ordering again.

I have currently over 150.00 that is currently on hold and also have the purchase charge already debited from my account. Spoke to bank and the restaurant or company can release it with the same pre authorization number that was used. Did not get any where with the “manager”. This is unacceptable and I will never order from there again unfortunately. I get it that the staff is not responsible but they need better practices regarding how to correctly use the credit card / debit card machines and online purchases.
