  Candace was our server and she was very pleasant and accommodating. The restaurant could use some some touch ups but other then that it was a good experience thanks to Candace.

  Laurie is probably the best waitress I’ve ever had, and the main reason I would ever come back. I mean, the food is stellar, but having good service means more to me. The world needs more Laurie’s!!

  Was served by Roxy and she provided us with outstanding service. She repeatedly came back to the table to ensure the quality of our meals and was very friendly and courteous. Would love to have her as a server again.

  We had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional — our server was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the meal. Our server charvi was Great and efficient. The food was delicious, as always. The rotisserie chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavour, and the signature Chalet sauce never disappoints. Everything came out hot and fresh, which we really appreciated. The one thing that let us down slightly were the fries — they came out undercooked and a bit soft, lacking that satisfying crisp we were hoping for. It's a small thing, but worth mentioning since fries are such a staple side. Overall, a great dining experience and we'll definitely be back. We'd just love to see those fries given a little more time in the fryer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐
