I had a great experience at this restaurant last Saturday! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very nice.
What really stood out, though, was the service. We were served by waiter Fernando who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional the whole time. He was very helpful, explained the menu patiently, and made sure everything at our table was perfect.
Service like that truly makes the experience even better. Compliments to the team, and especially to him for the excellent service. I will definitely be coming back!

Saturday night, so we expected a wait.
15 minute wait to get a table was ok, as we enjoyed our previous visits.
Nobody offered us drinks or starters. Or even poured water. After 30 minutes, the restaurant had mostly emptied out, and we flagged down another server, and told them we hadnt been offered service yet. The servers were apologetic and polite, and after a while, a third server offered us drinks. We ordered coffee, water. Pita and spinach dip, medium steak, coleslaw, wings fries, ribs., and brisket. There was no brisket left, and that was fine. Coffee arrived with tablespoons, and sugar so chunky, we had to smash it up to get itbto come out.
Cheese dip was great and deep fried pita was also great.
The steak was very disappointing, it was dry, and a far cry past medium. It tasted like overcooked liver.
The wings were not very meaty, but crunchy and dry, which I actually like. Sauce was good
The ribs were all fat and bone, and I abandonded them after I ate 2/3rds of them.
The fries were boring and bland, and there were zero condiments at the table.
The server had brought our food and was leaving, but hadnt given us cutlery.
We skipped dessert, and werent offered coffee refills until we were completely done our meals.
The steak meal was very dry.
The coleslaw was a small portion, and had rather large chunks of cabbage.
I think our previous visits here were considerably better, but something seems to have slipped. I dont know how this place is managed, but nobody there seemed to be management material.
Meal cost $100 plus tip.
Snow removal at entrance is terrible

My partner and I sat there for 30 mins before we were even approached by a waiter. We had to ask 3 different servers for service and explained we had been waiting for 30 mins already with no service. When a server finally showed up he was very hard to understand. We were served coffee without spoons and when we asked the waiter he returned with tablespoons. Sugar was hard as a rock and difficult to get out. We were unable to order what we wanted because they were out of beef brisket. My partner ordered the wings and rib combo and said the ribs were mostly fat and bone and over cooked and charred. He left half the rack there. I ordered a 7 oz steak and shrimp and both were very over cooked and the steak looked and tasted like a frozen boxed steak. The fries were also very dry and unseasoned. The coleslaw was very large pieces so only a tiny bit was put in the cup. The service was terrible, we weren't offered a refill until we were ready to leave. Worst experience here and will not return. Was a big waste of money.
