Food came really fast and was delicious. Chris made sure that we had everything we need and is very friendly and polite. We will go back. Thank you chris!!

Table checking, and taking orders and running food. She did a great job. Food was 3, chicken was overdone and fry’s were not that fresh , but still good to eat. Just never the same lately with the food quality.

We had Julia as our server for lunch and she was full of beautiful smiles and top tier service. Everything was brought out on a good timely manner and she alone was quick and efficient. Can't wait to be back!

The manager said that it wasn’t one of her workers but it had red curly hair in it and it definitely wasn’t mine! Have been in before and seen them not wearing hairnets. Disgusting and made me have to throw out my food. Wouldn’t refund or even apologize. The manager had next to no people skills and said it was Ubers fault. Uber courier handled food fine and package was unopened and not damaged when it was dropped off. Making Swiss chalet the only point of contact it could’ve occurred at! Disgusting customer care and made me lose interest in getting food from that location ever again 😭😭🤢🤮😑
