You can see the difference, you can taste the difference. Growing up on farm in Blenheim, Ontario I was able to experience the pleasure of picking fruit off a tree and eating it at the perfect ripeness. Several days a week I start shopping at 2 am at the Ontario Food Terminal. I can have my truck loaded and back to our stores only hours later so that my customers get the freshest produce. Supermarkets buy product over the phone and then send it to their warehouses. This takes up to seven days longer. Even after 35 years I follow the same routine walking the market hand selecting everything. We've grown to offer baked goods, a butcher shop, delicatessen, prepared foods and more, all with the purpose of fresh. I hope you enjoy!
