  They are always fast and making sure you get everything you need. Definitely one of the best spots to get food quickly, here in Sarnia

  Visited New York Fries at Lambton Mall twice and had mixed experiences. One staff member (a tall guy) was great—he greeted me properly and provided friendly service. However, the same female staff member I encountered on both visits was unwelcoming. No greeting, uncomfortable eye contact, and a rude attitude. On one visit, I came about 30 minutes before closing and felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. The second time was similar. I understand staff can be tired, but basic courtesy makes a big difference. Hoping to see more consistency in customer service.

  Very good poutine at a very good price. The really tall dude made my poutine, one of the best I've ever had.

  I visit New York Fries quite often because I like trying different types of fries they offer. What really earns them a 5-star rating from me is the way they handle vegetarian food. They clearly fry vegetarian items separately and treat them with proper care, which matters a lot to me. It shows they respect customer preferences and food choices. Consistent, reliable, and thoughtful service every time.
