  If you try and order at the front counter instead of doing it yourself at the kiosk, good luck getting someone to take your order. They go out of their way to avoid you at all costs!! It took 4 MINUTES to be noticed by a worker so I can have my order taken even tho there were 10+ employees taking and making drive tru orders!

  Terribly slow, and order is almost always wrong. Have to go back and request additions for missed items or exchange for wrong items. Last visit was very frustrating. Bad start to the day, in hopes to make it better by getting a drink, just to have them mix that up to. When inside, its hit and miss on cleanliness. Will not return to this location.

  Very slow - used the kiosk to order no mayo add on option - they made me pay .69$ for it and had to use my visa - I hope this franchise owner knows that it cost him more money to give me that mayonnaise in banking fees. On top of that after making me pay they took other orders and made me wait for the mayo. Awful

  Need to put people on drive thru that are competent and get order correct. She was even having trouble with a person ahead of me once they got to pay with their code (She didn’t shut off her headset). Not only that she told me I needed to wait then forgot about me. Another car cane five minutes after I was there and they got order taken before me. I had to repeat myself a couple times, then took it upon herself to change my order. When I got to food window I was greeted by an incredibly rude manager. Said he was wasn’t fixing the problem unless I paid.. but if I were to have paid I wouldve been over paying. This was the employee’s fault about a hashbrown. The girl and manager both need some re training.
