  I needed a dozen cookie for a team meeting on Friday morning at 8 am. The team specifically requested these cookies and I could not let them down so I called a day before to ensure that they would have the quantities I needed. The phone was answered by the general manager Kim, she was very helpful and took care of my request. When I arrived Friday morning and placed my order at the drive thru the team member said, “yes, I was told about your order and we have it ready!” I coach teams to deliver beyond customer service and to strive for hospitality and client care. Kim and her team exceeded my expectations. Thank you Kim!

  A good place to grab a quick coffee. They could use more comfortable seating.

  They've never messed up my order, their workers have always been polite, sometimes very polite, but that's not a huge concern for me, and they have decently fast service considering how busy it can be earlier in the day. Their coffees normally dont taste the greatest but that's more up to how much sugar and creamer you want in it, so.
