    Pad Thai is terrible. Def need help in the kitchen and need to learn how to make thai dishes properly. TERRIBLE. Swimming in sauce like a BOWL OF SOUP! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. You people need some BIG COOKING LESSONS. Wow. Expensive inedible crap! If your staff need cooking lessons I personally will come in and show them how to make Authentic Thai!!!!

    Almost $18 for chicken Pad Thai for far less than mid quality. They didn't put all the required ingredients(No green onions.) So much sauce it's almost soupy. Gross. Lost a customer :(

    The best place for thai food. Today I had chicken pad thai from here . It was incredibly delicious and good customer service . Highly recommended.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. I ordered a Tom Yum soup, but what I received was far from what I expected. The broth was an unusual dark brown color and did not resemble Tom Yum soup in taste or appearance at all. Traditionally, Tom Yum broth should have a reddish hue and a distinctive tangy, spicy flavor—none of which were present in my order. I have never encountered a Tom Yum soup with broth that dark. What made the experience worse was the customer service I received when I brought this issue to the attention of the person who prepared my soup. After I politely addressed my concerns and asked for confirmation, the staff member simply said “yea” without any explanation or effort to rectify the situation, and then proceeded to continue preparing other orders without further interaction. This dismissive attitude was very disappointing. I have never experienced such poor customer service and subpar food quality at Thai Express before, and this experience has left me hesitant to order from you again. Honestly, I won’t be coming back.

    Order a tom yum soup ( beef), wasn’t upto the expectation. Got tomatoes in it, makes it more tangy. Soup wasn’t that flavourful. Service was good though.
