I don't need your unhinged manager calling me! Thanks anyway! If your manager as it were said "has time to lean, she has time to clean!" Instead of standing around grinning at people and having your waitress mop floors, maybe have your waitress wait tables and make sure that guests have drinks and such, while the manager actually mops the floor! Instead of having staff there to push in chairs, they shouldn't be possibly asking customers if they need to be seated or need anything else, such as drinks.

Restaurant had plenty of seats available. Never had an experience like this before. Here is my first 1 star review.

Very disappointed in not being able to get the festive holiday feast on either occasion.

Oh, and trying to train a new girl as well! This girl deserves a raise! Plus the Hostess was bussing the tables as well as looking after the front counter! Obviously there was a staffing problem. Busy nights with Christmas coming the Manager needs to do a better job at managing! Five stars for the waitress, zero for Management!
