  Always friendly workers but never get a meal right. Most time forgets items and orders wrong. My burger came burnt with no bun, side gravey was not added even though I asked 3 times.

  Love ordering online for all the specials they offer through the app. Ordering 2 meals with dark and white meat with mashed potatoes as a side & a bun. When we go back to the hotel with our order we noticed we had no utensils, butter and our mashed potatoes were just thrown into the chicken. Quite difficult eating mashed potatoes and gravy with your fingers. Dry bun with no butter and the smallest gravy sauce ever. Chicken tasted good.

  I had a wonderful dine-in brunch experience at Swiss Chalet Sarnia. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared—comforting yet satisfying, exactly what you want for brunch. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, making it a great place to enjoy a calm and pleasant meal. What truly made the experience stand out was the service. Our server, Jaya, was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure everything was just right and added a personal touch that made us feel valued as guests. Overall, a great combination of delicious food, cozy ambiance, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back.

  We dine at Swiss Chalet frequently but our last dining experience was terrible. We arrived at 4:00 but didn’t get our food until 4:30. One section was open and one server was managing approximately 8-10 tables. We cannot fault the server for being slow but management needs to take a look at their staffing levels. Clearly another server was definitely needed. We did see other staff in and out of the dining room who could have assisted the one lone server. At least help her by bringing plates to the waiting tables. To top it off the food was not great. It felt like we were eating leftovers from the lunch crowd. * we had to ask for cutlery * my salad was small, lettuce did not seem fresh * dipping sauce wasn’t hot, luke warm at best * ribs were cold, sent the entire meal back to warm it up * take out container barely held our leftovers…splurge and give us a proper size box * had to ask for finger bowls, we got one bowl for 2 people * the table behind us said they never got finger bowls Overall 1/10…this location needs to step it up…we do not feel the need to rush back…very disappointed with the service and quality of the food.
