    Our server "Rowena" at Swiss Chalet was wonderful—friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The food came out hot and on time and the food was very delicious , and they checked in regularly to make sure everything was perfect. Their great attitude made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.

    I am Very disgusted with the service My family and i received yesterday at this establishment especially given we went here to celebrate some birthdays. First off my Stepmon called a week ago to confirm and they assured her that everything was set and taken care of she even called to confirm 2 hours ahead of us coming they said they had a reservation for 20 people and everything was taken chare of we get there and they didn't even have the table prepared then we ordered bunch of us got the wrong food it took a ridiculously ling time for some people to even get their food my brother had to cancel his order because it took so ling that he had to leave before his came the kids were still waiting for food while a bunch of us had ours to the point where a bunch of us had food and one of the kids didn't even have a drink My nieces husband ordered soup and he was served last and and all this because the waitress we had didn't listen to the orders correctly they almost gave my pregnant Niece an alcoholic beverage and then because of all the screw ups they took a half hour because they were worried about figuring out bills and still made us pay for the meals. I will NEVER! be going back to this location

    Reservations for 20 made 2 weeks prior, final check before showing up was at approximately 2pm same day (Novemver 22 2025) My birthday party as well as others in the group of 20. We walked in at our reservation time with a birthday cake which was suggested by service person who took the reservation. Right away noone up front knew what was happening. Tables were hurriedly put together and as soon as people started to find seats the wait person, who was very rushed, began asking for orders without handing menus out first. 15 minutes in, the table of 14 adults and six children has 8 menus to share. The same wait person bugging for orders. Not taking drink orders first. Not speaking clearly, visibly flustered and not taking our orders properly. Out of the 20 people at the table, 3 are still missing cutlery. 1 hour 15 minutes in, food comes, not the rigjt food though. 18 out of 20 orders wrong, wait staff yelling to find owners of food. A manager leaves a wrong order, a quarter chicken meal, on the table to be broken up for starving kids. 5 mins later Drinks came, wait staff yelling at the group to find owners of drinks. An alcoholic drink was given to my pregnant daughter. Her husband caught that one. Still no cutlery. 1 hour 25 mins in, still no food, kids starving. Walk ins that came in after the group have already cycled out of there seats, having been fed and cashed out before we recieved any food. Finally food comes, unorganized chaos! Wrong orders, confusion on where they go. Still no food for kids. Second round of food about 15 minutes later, still some wrong.ordrrs but at this point we're frustrated and starving so we begin to eat. Some of the chicken was inedible due to being undercooked. Possible food poisoning. People who ordered white meat recieved dark. My son in law, who ordered soup still waiting for his food. Wrong sides. My brother who, like most of the group, drove over an hour to come to this dinner had to leave, a drink that was ordered 1.5 hours prior, a beer that was brought to the table warm now left on the table, his order canceled due to the lateness. Now, if that wasn't bad enough... The person who took all the orders put everything on one bill, even though we told them while we ordered who was together and who was separate. To make a longer story a bit shorter, several back and forths between the wait staff, management and everyone sitting at the table. Everyone at the table insisted that this should not be a full price meal, obviously. The person cashing everyone out still tried to charge full price even though they said we were getting a discount. The quarter chicken dinner that was left on the table was added to my daughters bill. She unknowingly paid for it. We weren't served the cake early enough so requested it back. We didn't recieve it back until we asked 3 times and got ripped off myself by only receiving a small discount. Everyone left visibly frustrated after 35 mins of discussing bills with staff, being ripped off for dirt poor service. Needless to say, not one of us will be back, ever. I will be looking into contacting the corporate office about this. Our table had over 35 years of resturaunt experience sitting around the table and we are usually a very understanding group. However tonight we had our worst resturaunt experience of our lives. This whole meal should be compensated 100 percent. NEVER GO HERE!

    Absolutely terrible experience, went with party reservations, literally 18 of 20 orders wrong first time around, server could barely be understood and definitely didn't understand us, multiple other tables came out afterwards all of which said they had something wrong with their service as well, didn't receive food until being seated for over an hour and 15 minutes, kids meals came out absolutely last, drinks didn't come out until food was all out, and even drinks they couldn't do right with 5 of 20 being wrong, would highly recommend going to any location other than this one

    They don’t reliably fulfill the posted menu. Items are frequently not available. When it is still 2 hours before closing time they shouldn’t be out of white meat for a chicken on a bun item. On the following visit, they had white meat available so we decided to proceed with the order. It turns out they no longer had any coleslaw available to go with it. We also ordered a quarter chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and were advised that they didn’t have any mashed potatoes available. They offer such nice food at a decent price and provide such a nice alternative to fast food. It is aggravating to keep discovering that they can’t reliably fulfill their commitment to their menu. I understand that every penny counts when operating a restaurant and that they don’t want to waste but at least they shouldn’t be constantly falling short on a promised menu. Once is acceptable. But it seems they haven’t made any adjustments,
