However, whenever I come in during the evenings, I honestly dread it. The older blonde employee is consistently rude and makes the environment uncomfortable. She’s often aggressive toward other staff and customers — slamming things, rolling her eyes, and acting annoyed even when I’m just asking for my sandwich a certain way. Because of this, I’ve decided I won’t be returning to this location anymore and will continue going to the Confederation Street Subway instead, where the service is always friendly and respectful.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and energetic, even though it was close to closing time and they were very busy too but they took my order patiently and maintained a positive attitude. Excellent customer service and delicious food. I’ll definitely be coming back.
