- SNStephanie NevasAug 4, 20252.0*Unacceptable Racist Behavior* I was confronted by a middle-aged white woman working at this location who wrongly assumed I dropped an elderly man’s cane. She demanded, “Aren’t you sorry?” and when I asked for her name to file a complaint, she told me not to “speak my language in her country.” Her words were blatantly racist and xenophobic. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any workplace or public space. I hope management addresses this seriously—no one should be treated this way.

I was charged for an order I never received as the location was wrong. I was then told they couldn’t cancel the order. And now have asked to be refunded 4 times with absolutely no communication. I don’t even live in Ontario. This is just wrong.
