  I had an amazing experience at KFC! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with that classic flavor that never disappoints. Everything was served hot and fresh, and the fries and sides tasted great too. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made sure the order was correct. The restaurant was clean and well organized, which made the visit even better

  Wish i could do 0 stars. Went to this location at 830pm. All lights were on, the open sign was on and the hours on the door said closed at 9pm. The door was locked and I could see the staff hiding in the kitchen. They would not come out and open the door. Will never go there again and I will be telling everyone I know to never go there.

  I had a coupon, the girl ( Kabalpreet is the name on the receipt told me it's now $5 more. Then she said the coupon wasn't good, then she said she couldn't read the code. I asked for a side of vole slaw she asked what size then proceeded to tell me they had none only macaroni. I asked her name , she asked why, I said so I could do the survey. She was rude and walked away. My order was done within 5 minutes. Cold fries. Horrible experience.

  Extremely poor service at KFC Sarnia. The food was cold and caused stomach pain. This is a serious health concern. Strict action and quality checks are required immediately.
