- RFRob FriedelNov 5, 20251.0Ordered the “first bucket is on us deal” through the app… upon realizing they did not include said “free” bucket I called the location (Colborne) and asked if it had been included… they said no it wasn’t included online despite no mention of this anywhere on the app… so I asked to cancel my order… on the support line I was instructed to call which was indeed the Colborne location themselves… they said I had to cancel through the app and they couldn’t refund my money… so I said keep the order thinking getting something for the $25 I wasted was better than getting nothing at all… I was then called by another individual who also had extreme difficulty with the English language, asking if I cancelled my order to which I replied i hadn’t and to send it… did not receive my order and so called again and they claimed to have no knowledge of my order… then I lost my shit and all of a sudden they did have knowledge of my order… I was then contacted by someone else with slightly better English who informed me I would receive my money back in 1-3 days… that was 6 days ago and have not received anything back. Do not order from KFC… literally every other chicken place is better and it is not worth the aggravation or giving money away for absolutely nothing. Thanks for showing me that one of our childhood favourite chicken places is now a pathetic facade for stealing money.
