  In the past I've had a great time at this location and food. This time was not it, april 18th. I ordered the mario sampler. I had plastic from packaging cooked into my Alfredo and the food was cold. My 3 year old daughter's personal pizza was piping hot though. My extremely picky 18 year old daughter ordered a caesar wrap and it was black from being burnt and had tomatoes in it which it wasnt described in the description. I was sick to my stomach the rest of the night from what little food I did eat. I assume food poisoning. I know it wasnt just me because the neighboring table complained about how cold the food was and missing ingredients as well. The waitress was nothing short of fantastic though, which made the experience a little better.

  When out for dinner with my teenaged son, Doug C made our meal experience very enjoyable. He is a personable, prompt, attentive server with an excellent sense of humour and seemed to have a true joie-de-vivre. My son’s food (Hell’s chicken) was delicious and generous. My meal was okay (a chose a very simple baked pasta, maybe from a classics sections or something of the sort; it was meant to be topped with cheese, but there were approximately 15 shredded pieces which didn’t suffice for a baked pasta, and it lacked sufficient sauce for my liking, both which resulted in areas that were a bit dry), but I wouldn’t order it again, rather choosing some of my go-to favourites instead.

  Don’t go in after their dinner , I showed up at 9 , super late in sarnia I guess , seen the waitress we really like and I asked if it was too late , and she said not at all , that they would serve even a minute before 10 . Well I thought I was there at 11 by the way I was served , I put a formal complaint with my receipt number email , etc , nothing , this waitress asked for the deserts to go in a to go box , I spent money for a night out with my daughter and it sucked . I don’t ever really complain but I had enough , that place is great but the server wanted out , they should just shut it down earlier , I would of rather gone somewhere open and relaxing , it was a bad experience. I wouldn’t go too late , and don’t bother taking time and giving your info to their customer service

  Megan was our server and she was went over the top to server and meet all of our meal needs. She was very well spoken and she explained everything about all the specials so it was easy to understand all the conditions. Thanks Megan and staff for a job well done!

  I’ve been here about four times a year, for both lunch and dinner. The staff consistently work hard and do what they can, but the restaurant is often understaffed. Because of that, service tends to be slow at every stage of the meal, from ordering to getting the bill. It’s clear the team on the floor is trying, but when they’re stretched this thin, it’s tough for them to stay attentive or check in regularly. This feels more like a management issue than a staff issue. Better staffing would make a big difference in the overall experience
