- ADAndrew DupuisNov 12, 20251.0I ordered a few meals close enough to closing time. What i received may very well be the worst I ever received. And the after service was what really made me sure I would never order again. Ordered two rice bowls. Both came spicy and we both can’t eat spicy. So pretty much a write off for both meals. We also ordered an Order of fries and two pops that also never showed. I called them immediately after receiving the meal. They said that the location was now closed and that the very best he could do was refund 1/2 of our order. I accepted as I didn’t really want to fuss as I now needed to find something to order. Only after the call to customer service did i notice we had no fries or drinks. Well here is the kicker,aka, the slap in the face. Before never ordering again we of course needed to use the credit. Went to order and noticed they had only applied 1/2 the value of one of the meals which was about 10$. And this is the reason I am being petty and leaving a bad review. Spoke about it with a few neighbours and most said that they will not eat at the Rockland location anymore due to cleanliness/quality/forgotten items and a few mentioned that the owner was quite rude and a neighbours young lad works there and said that nobody should eat there due to how bad and dirty it gets when they have staff shortages. And a message for St-Hubert!!!—- — Don’t bother replying with your generic,”non genuine” spiel about how we should reach out and blah blah as I already did and you guys have 0 customer service skills. Never again will I eat there and I suggest that our community refrains from eating here until corporate steps in and makes this location acceptable.

Ça fait 40 que j’en manges et il est dommage de constater que la nourriture a perdu énormément que qualité surtout au niveau de la fraîcheur! Ça fait au moins 4 à 5 fois qu’on commande à diférentes heures de la journée entre 16h00 et 19h00, mais y change ça goûtent le poulet réchauffé ou il est trop ou pas assez cuits. Très déçu c’est la dernière fois à Rockland.

They seemed to share one bag of cheese for us. The portions were so small for the price… We ordered a club sandwich and two poutines. I got rotten tomato on the sandwich and raw bacon. Barely any lettuce. Totally totally unacceptable. I used to like this location. Now it’s dirty and over priced. But rotting food… wow
