- RMryan max4 days ago1.0Had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. Ordered food that wasn't made right, called to complain and somehow ended up getting a resolution with the wrong location. When I went back to the actual store, they denied any record of the issue. Even after I brought in a receipt from the previous day's visit, they still didn't budge. The manager's attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, making me feel like I was trying to scam them. Lucky they get One star.. head office next they will wish they didn't disrespect me when they messed up! Just glad I ate my food at home and still had a copy.

Hope their order was redone and resent to the proper address bill was $51. Given the random experience to try Ridgeway McDonalds I may stick to drive thru or walk in. Thanks delivery driver

One time I Had to pull ahead and wait for over 10 minutes for a coffee order (no food) to come out .. and the order ended up being wrong. this time I ordered a meal and the hashbrown was missing , didn’t realize until I was already driving away and it was too late to go back. Staff is nice but I always end up disappointed .
