The whole point of mobile ordering is to save time so I can pick up my order quickly and make it to my appointments on time. I placed my order 10 minutes in advance and then waited another 10 minutes in the mobile pickup parking spot. When I couldn’t wait any longer, I had to go inside to get my order myself.
Because of this delay, I ended up being 10 minutes late for my physiotherapy appointment, which costs $145 per hour. This was really frustrating and defeats the purpose of using mobile order in the first place.
My online order was misplaced with another order and I noticed when I got home!
I drove back and asked one of the staff, need to talk to the manager and she called MOM! Someone wants to talk to you!
The manager denied first and asked me for a proof of order!!!
I was trying to bring it up in that glitchy app but it didn’t work and the manager was trying to take the advantage of it !!! Where is your proof!
Finally I showed her the emailed receipt and got refunded.
What a mess . . .
Very disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s early this morning around 5 AM. I went specifically to grab breakfast before work, only to find that the drive-thru was completely closed for cleaning.
I decided to park and try to go inside instead, but the doors were locked (which I understand at that hour) However, what doesn’t make sense is closing both drive-thru lanes at the same time. If cleaning needs to be done, it should be done one lane at a time so customers can still be served.
It’s frustrating because people rely on places like this during early hours, especially when they have work or commitments to get to. This was a complete waste of time and very inconvenient.
Management should seriously reconsider how they handle cleaning during operating hours so customers aren’t turned away like this.

I was the first car in the drive thru and ordered two plain burgers, but they gave me my order wrong and told me to wait in one of the parking lots, but after 10 minutes I went inside the McDonald's and got my order. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is one of the worst.
We were deeply disappointed by the unsatisfactory condition of this place. Although we often visit different locations, this experience became our first and last visit here. This concerns not only the restrooms or the floor at the entrance, but also the play area, which was in terrible condition: everything was sticky, and the slides were wet and dirty. When we asked for cleaning, the reaction we received was one of surprise.
The person taking the order seemed unfamiliar with the full menu and did not suggest any additional items.
The garbage bins were overflowing, making it difficult to dispose of trash.
There were also clear supply issues: there were not enough napkins, cup lids, or ketchup containers available.
I do not recommend visiting this location, especially with children.
