  Very bad experience. I ordered a cheeseburger but it came with no cheese. I also ordered nuggets with honey sauce, but there was no sauce at all. I honestly don’t understand why the staff can’t handle such simple orders. This is basic and very disappointing.

  Last night I went to this location to get a vanilla cone, but the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. The employee handed me the ice cream directly with their hand, while they should have used a proper tray or holder for hygiene reasons. When I politely pointed this out, instead of addressing the issue, they closed the window in the middle of my sentence, which was extremely disrespectful. Unfortunately, since it was close to midnight and my wife and son were tired, I didn’t follow up with the manager at the time. However, this experience was unacceptable, and I will never buy from this location again. I also recommend others avoid this branch—especially through the drive-through—unless you’re okay with being treated disrespectfully.

  I visited the McDonald’s at McKenzie and Bayview recently and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo and, when I first opened it, the burger contained only the bun, meat, and cheese, with no pickles, onions, ketchup, or any other toppings. I returned to the drive-thru late at night and the staff replaced the burgers without issue. However, when I opened the replacements at home, both burgers were overloaded with ketchup, inside and out, as if done deliberately. This made them difficult and unpleasant to eat. I called the store the next morning to address the issue and was only offered a free burger, which does not reflect the inconvenience of driving back, losing time, and still receiving unsatisfactory food. I hope McDonald’s can take stronger measures to ensure quality control and customer service, as this experience was frustrating and avoidable.

  Zero accountability on delivery orders. If it’s messed up they don’t care. If they send you the wrong order they don’t care. You have to call a third party and jump through hoops to get a refund. It was ordered on the McDonalds app. They do not correct their errors just tell you sorry. This needs to change. Delivery customers are till customers. Be accountable. This store is poorly managed and a quick search in ChatGPT will show you this McDonald’s ranks in the bottom 5-10% in Ontario. Peter Miller group please look at this. You know the reality of delivery orders and how the guests are treated when there are issues.
