To be honest I don't even think the staff are capable of doing even that. All the food is just slapped together with mediocrity. The majority of items are never presented to the customer as advertised. Food often gets wrapped as if the workers are angry that they have to work. TACO BELL STOP HIRING PEOPLE THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT WORKING THERE. THEY CLEARLY ARE WORKING THERE BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY PLACE THAT WOULD HIRE THEM. They often get orders wrong. The only thing they are capable of making well are the most basic items (hard taco, fries, basic burrito, etc) none of the specialty items ever are up to par with what i believe taco bell would like to serve them as. This location doesn't even deserve 1 star but thats the lowest option I have.

Five workers, not a single customer except for me. I saw my burger sitting on the counter and not a single worker bothered to go package it until I reminded them. Unacceptable. Do better.

When I told the person at the window I have a baby and a child in the back I can’t leave them unattended that’s why I did drive through can someone bring it to the car she said well it’s cold so no…..in the end I had to quickly go inside and grab the food with a crying baby because after her saying fine someone will bring it no one came.
