    So basically I'm a Swiss Chalet fiend, and this specific one served the best Rotisserie of all the branches I've been to. And the server Mary was a literal sweetheart. So kind to us from the door to seating and entertained our little one too. Such a wholesome place. Recommending this branch to everyone I know.

    Went for a late lunch with a group of five. Admittedly some of us were fairly loud, but since it was the afternoon there were only 1-2 other tables filled. Waitress (Baishali! Very nice) was super pleasant and patient. Food was quite good—warm yummy chicken and fresh coffee.

    Not the wait staff’s fault that they were extremely understaffed. Very friendly but 2 people on the floor on a very busy night was not enough. A really long time to get food and to get served. Food was subpar in comparison to what I normally would get at other locations. Would not go back to the location.

    This was a new location that we tried. A robot brings the food to your table! The server/hostess puts it on your table. I had the limited time chicken Parm Alfredo, and it was amazing. The pesto was a nice touch and the Alfredo (instead of tomato sauce) was the perfect accompaniment for the crispy and flavourful chicken. Ate it before I remembered that I should take a photo. This is definitely what I would order again if I go to a Swiss Chalet before its time on the menu is done.

    We arrived around 1pm today looking to try out the dining room. When we entered, there was no one at the front desk to welcome. The restaurant was 99% empty except with a table of kids near the back of the room. There was no staff. We waited there for 3 mins there was still no body to welcome or even to get us a table. We left. What a shame of this place. No wonder it was mostly empty. There was no decor no festive design no music. It looked like an abandoned cafeteria. What a shame.
