I politely requested a new sandwich, as I don’t feel I should have to pay for one made with ripped bread. Instead of addressing my concern, she gave me attitude and refused to remake it. This was very frustrating, as the issue was caused by how she handled the sandwich with the knife. I’ve been a loyal customer at this Subway location for a long time and have spent a lot of money here, so this experience was extremely disappointing. The attitude I received was unnecessary and has left me with a very negative impression — unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
