  The staff member I interacted with had a very unpleasant attitude. When I asked about the free birthday cookie which was offered in the MVP rewards, I was told in a dismissive manner that she was not aware of any such offer. The interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. If there is indeed a birthday offer, I believe staff should be properly informed, the situation could have been handled in a much more courteousy manner.

  AVOID THIS BRANCH (cheap and unhygienic) The rude lady who works here (also the owner) tries to get away with putting as little vegetables as possible to save money. I encourage anyone reading this to check out the other reviews on this specific location. This is not just a one time thing. I tried to make small talk when ordering and she clearly didn't give a damn. Then when I asked for a bit more vegetables she threw a fit and started being extremely toxic and unpleasant. She said "veggies are expensive now, I can't be giving out so many tomatoes and onions". Honestly, what the heck is that? When did Subway Canada become like this? Lastly, lets talk hygiene. She was organizing the store with her plastic gloves on. Then she proceeded to MAKE MY FOOD with those same gloves on. (This only became evident to me when I left the store). This branch doesn't prioritize the customer. Their priority is to skimp out and save money by giving you less than your average Subway store. Subway Headquarters, please address the reviews on this specific branch. The people have spoken.

  Had a good visit at Subway yesterday. The food well prepared and the service was quick. Shima helped me with my order and she was polite, patient and made everything right. Great experience overall.

  The middle aged short woman that works here is the rudest person I have ever come across in a fast food/customer service forward establishment. Every other review here is complaining about the same lady, why is she still working there?? This used to be my go-to location and I'd come here every weekday for lunch but I've had enough of that horrible woman and would prefer to starve than have to see her face again. She treats you like you are a burden the second you walk through the door. I'm a paying customer and I'm paying you to make my sandwich. Do your job! She has the worst attitude. She isn't even good at her job! She makes everything wrong, she isn't clean, she's not fast and she's not friendly. I'd look past her unwelcoming behaviour if at least the food was decent but even that she can't get right. I actually recommend you go to this location if you don't mind wasting a few bucks just to interact with this woman because it will boggle your mind how she is still employed.
