After placing our order online, the staff member(lady) acknowledged it but did not start preparing it. Instead, she continued doing other tasks while we were standing there waiting. The behavior became even more uncomfortable when she noticed I was using a coupon. She started making faces and added toppings very sparingly. When I politely asked for extra sauce and tomatoes, she said it was “not applicable with coupons.” The app did not mention any such restriction. Her attitude felt rude and unprofessional, as if she was doing us a favor — but I paid for the order. On top of that, the restaurant itself was messy and not clean. This kind of service is unacceptable. Subway should take this matter seriously. Definitely not returning to this location.
